PT Jaya Readymix is a join venture company between Boral pty, Ltd (Australia) and Jaya Group.

We are the first and the largest supplier of concrete in Indonesia, established in 1972.

Now seeking positions in sales dept at Surabaya Plant as follow :

1. Sales Manager (SM)
2. Sales Superintendent (Spi)
3. Sales Representative (SR) / Admin (S-Adm)
4. Safety Superintendent (Sspi) & Supervisor (Ssp).

Requirements:

Not more than 40 years (SM), 35 years (Spi / Sspi / Ssp), 30 years (SR / S-Adm)

Min S-1 (SM) and D-3 for (Spi) and (SR / S-Adm) & Min D-3 Healthy or Safety (Sspi / Ssp)

• Min 5 years exp (SM), 2 years exp (Spi) in managing sales team, 2 years as sales (SR) in related field (Preferable in construction or concrete business) & 3-5 years experience in safety industry/construction (Sspi/Spv)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, spoken English & computer literate
• Able to motivate team member (SM/Spi) to achieve sales target
