Senior IT Technician

The successful candidate will require the following knowledge skills and experience:-

• A technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/ Electronics or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years post diploma experience in installing and supporting desktop systems in a distributed environment.
• Industry certification in major IT desktop products.
• Good communication (oral and written) skills.
• Proficient in the usage/application of desktop standard diagnostic and testing tools.
• Able to communicate technical details and instructions in plain, non – technical language.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
